Fifth Annual Kentucky Derby Party at Tavern at Mission Farms

Tavern at Mission Farms will bring classic Southern charm to Kansas City for its Kentucky Derby Day Party, Saturday May 2, 2015 from 3 to 6 p.m. Derby Day Parties

What:  Derby Day Party Celebrating the Kentucky Derby Races – The public is invited to the party for Derby drink specials from Darkhorse Distillery and Woodford Reserve, Derby dishes, happy hour menu items, prizes and fun.

Attire:  Hats. Bowties. Bold colors. Frilly frocks. Dashing suits, suspenders or preppy.

Embrace the Southern tradition.

When:  Saturday, May 2 from 3 – 6 p.m.

Prizes:  Each guest in attendance will randomly draw a contending Kentucky Derby horse name every 30 minutes leading up to the race for the chance to win prizes. Throughout the event, guests will receive prizes for their attire and other Kentucky Derby-inspired categories. Winners of the Kentucky Derby horse contest will be announced immediatley following the conclusion of the Derby. Guests must be present to win.
